Our team are seasoned industry professionals that understand the travel industry's needs. Each member of the team has worked with a major tour operator, hotel group or travel agent and has a proven track record for highly successful resort sales, marketing and reservations.

Colin Pegler
Managing Director

Responsible for the overall running of the company and driving the sales & marketing activities. Colin's previous roles include Managing Director of Hotels On line and Sales & Marketing Director of Elegant Hotels Group.

Paula Whitehead
Strategy Director

Responsible for developing the company's strategic direction, in addition to holding the position of Managing Director (Europe) for Elite Island Resorts, one of our key clients. Previous roles include head of worldwide contracting for British Airways Holidays and Managing Director of MKI Ltd.

Francesca Furci
Account Director

Deputy to Colin and Paula. Responsible for the sales and marketing activities for Elite Island Resorts & Independent Hotels. Francesca's previous roles include four years at British Airways Holidays in various product and ground services positions and two years as an account manager with Hotels On line.

Martin Grass
Sales Manager – Europe

Responsible for developing sales from mainland Europe. Martin is a seasoned industry veteran; previous roles include senior sales and marketing director positions with Sandals, Superclubs and Rex Resorts. Prior to moving across to the hotel sector, Martin worked as Reservations Manager for a leading UK tour operator.

Christine Taylor
Senior Account Manager

Responsible for the sales and marketing of the Serenity CRS, Resort Marketing International's new on line reservation system. Christine has a wealth of travel industry experience including account managing the European tourism for Trinidad & Tobago and representing the BVI's European tourist board.

Scott Langridge
Account Manager

Responsible for the daily sales and marketing activities for Occidental Hotels & Resorts and overseeing sales for the USA properties. Scott's previous roles include Account Manager at Hilton Hotel Group, Yield Analyst / Product Executive at Hayes & Jarvis and Product Executive with British Airways Holidays.

Gavin Lambert
Account Manager

Responsible for account managing our USA hotels along with the independent Caribbean and Driftwood's Bahamas resorts. Based in the north of England, Gavin has the added responsibility of developing sales with the northern based tour operators. Gavin's previous roles include various reservations and marketing support roles with Travel City, Evergreen Travel and Hello Holidays.

Graham Hawkins
Training & Promotions Manager

Responsible for managing our presence at trade & consumer exhibitions and facilitating reservations training with our tour operator partners. Previous roles include regional sales manager at First Choice Group, overseas resort manager and freelance promotions manager.

Justine Whitehead
PA to the Directors

Personal Assistant to MD and Directors supporting all aspects of the business. Previous roles include secretarial support within a Shipping company, International and Domestic Banking experience, tour operation administration/database, sales training.

 

Claudia Collins
Account Executive

Responsible for supporting the sales and marketing activities for Occidental Hotels & Resorts. Claudia has an honours degree in travel and tourism and previously worked for Resort Marketing International in sales support.

Zoe Willis
Reservations & Administration Manager

Responsible for managing the reservations and invoicing functions, along with heading the companies' office management. Zoe's previous roles include reservations manager at MKI and front office manager at Carlisle Bay in Antigua.

Inez Newman
Reservations & Administration Executive

Responsible for processing reservations for many of our hotels and providing sales support for the USA hotels. Inez's previous roles include office support in a family building company and reservations consultant at upscale specialist tour operator Harlequin.

Danielle Boddy
Administration & Reservations Support

Reporting to Zoe Willis, responsible for supporting the account managers and general office administration. Danielle is a 3rd year university student studying Travel & Tourism.

Mark Larner
Operations Supervisor

Responsible for supervising reservations and payments, along with providing senior administration support for Elite Island Resorts. Mark's previous roles include Reservations Consultant at Bridge Travel and Sales Support at Ryanair.

Robert Dodds
Financial Controller

Robert has overall responsibility for the companies' financial management. Rob's previous roles include the running of his own financial services and consultancy group and Financial Controller for a Greek Tour operator.

Wendy Edgar
Accounts Manager

Wendy is responsible for the daily accounts receivable and payable activities. Wendy's previous roles include 20 years experience as a book keeper for an independent accountancy operation.

Angela Horan
Accounts Clerk

Responsible for assisting all aspects of bookkeeping & accounts. Previous roles include 10 years accounting experience with 2 separate independent chartered accountancy practices.
